Most of you know about my beef with Meineke. Right now I’m out at least $3200 cash not to mention a vehicle that’s in worse condition then when I dropped it off…
Anyway – it’s official. I spent a lot of time today at the Jefferson County Courthouse filling my official complaint/suit against Meineke Car Care Center.
I am seeking Loss of Use, and other damages. Hopefully this case (pending I win, which I am confident I will…) will serve as a wake-call to all your Meineke Franchisees who think they can play around with someones money and not expect recourse.
The official court data has been set towards the end of May.
