Dear LocalVisible,

I can appreciate your desperate attempts to capture new clients through email spam, but please stop spamming me so many times – it’s starting to become very annoying. Should your Sales Rep ,Emily Burke performed her du-diligence prior to spamming me she would have realized that I am not a CFO nor do I ever want to be a CFO… Does Mr. Martin Mercer know your using his name (if he is even real) as a marketing tactic to attract new customers via unsolicited spam?

Anyway – for your humor I have attached the two emails Ms. Burke sent me… again – please stop.

    We have received 16 copies of the message listed below. I guess each company has someone named Steven working there. This junk is coming from kickassnetworks.com from mail server kickassvps.com. For each one of these coming through, I am just going to spamcop.net and reporting them as a spammer.

    Emily also asked that I remove this post… I asked for some more info regarding their company and advised her I would make a pro localvisble article if I thought it was a valuable service… It sounds like they are a referral service? Who knows but she hasn’t got back to me since then.

    My client just emailed me asking what the spam is all about, as she’s now receiving unsolicited emails from LocalVisible regarding her business at her PRIVATE, unadvertised email account. Pretty pathethic guys. Great way to make a bad name for yourselves right off the bat.

    It seems that your spam emails are becoming quite well known on the ‘net, likely due to your mass distribution to private email accounts who’ve not solicited your services nor given you permission to email them. SPAMMER = Emily Burke & Local Visible.

    Aren’t SPAM filters & SEO optimizing in google great?

    Good old Emily Burke. She is emailing every single email address that I have and now is emailing my link partners on my website trying to solicit. It is completely spam and she needs to be reported!
    All my emails say the same thing as what is posted above.

    I actually think Emily is doing a great job, for me! These unsolicited emails have sold two additional local search packages in the last month. Just wondering if there’s actually a company behind this, as they don’t seem to actually sell or promise to improve local search listings.

    Anyway, these emails would definitely qualify as spam, and obviously they’re not building a great brand for LocalVisible. Keep it up LocalVisible, you’re doing a great job for the real SEO’s out there!

    I’m an SEO and I own my own internet marketing company… This Emily Burke has spammed me regarding just about every single site I own and my clients sites.

    The problem with this LocalVisible company is that they don’t know what their doing. The free business analysis they send is bogus and grossly inaccurate.

    I have a client that is literally dominating the search engines for every target keyword for their business and have multiple listings on the 1st page of Google, Bing, and Yahoo. They sent my client a report telling them that they were basically invisible on the internet and that they didn’t rank for any keywords.

    These guys are posers. Avoid companies like LocalVisible, BigLocal, and others. They don’t know the first thing about seo or internet marketing for your small business.
