Wisdek SEO Review

I’m probably going to rewrite this post a dozen times as I gather new thoughts to form my opinion – but my first initial opinion is Wisdek SEO is very annoying.

How I got Introduced to Wisdek SEO:

I noticed an odd phone number appearing on my caller I.D – typically; I don’t answer calls from callers I don’t know unless they leave a voice mail which I will call back. I finally decided to answer the call (which I now regret), which happened to be a pushy, uneducated salesperson attempting to sell me (another SEO) on SEO. Now, before I told him what I did I wanted to see what kind of pitch he was using as well as the ‘service benefits’ he was throwing on the line.

  • Wisdek SEO is clearly not a wise investment

The first thing he did was bring me to their website to check out their online video presentation. The salesperson caught me short on time, so I told him to call back, and that he did… at least a DOZEN times more then I asked.

Anyway I continued to ignore his calls as I didn’t really have the time set aside to listen to his pitch. He then decided to call me with a blocked number which I answered… Again – super pushy and uneducated when it comes to SEO…

Again I went along with what he had to say just to see what his point was an if his services were in fact of value.

Ramble… Ramble… Ramble… that’s the sound of the salesperson rambling and stepping over his own words while my annoyance level peaked. I finally ask him,” listen, did you do your research on who you were calling before you called? If you haven’t noticed I typically rank very well, I am a fellow SEO myself, I am in Local Maps etc…,” he cut me off..

I honestly don’t think the guy understood a ‘lick’ of what I was saying. He seemed confused and transferred me to his supervisor to seal the deal.

When his sup asked if I had any questions  I said, No – I am not interested. He continued to ignore what I said and was talking as if he were walking me through the sale finalization, I hung up exhausted from talking to people how obviouslly knew nothing about what they were talking about.

My two cents, there you have it.

    believe it or not i have been bombarded with calls from these guys. the sign of persistence and lack of education revolving around seo was a immediate sign that they might be a fluke company.

    I was solicited by Wisdek last week and again today. The sales person opened his call saying he was, “(name) with Google Adwords”. I asked, “with Google Adwords?”. Yes, that’s right. So, I let him talk and direct me to the site, http://www.wisdek-seo.com. He sounded like he was an offshore telemarketer (heavy accent) and I was unable to make out his name, however, the fact that he specifically stated 2 times that he was with Google Adwords speaks volumes about how this company does business. Frightening. The most amazing part of the story is that he continues to call me from 647-476-5183 even after I’ve explained that I’m an SEO myself and I’m not interested. Unreal.

    we are wholesalers of seo, to companies like yours, with many years of experience, and over 40000 happy active customers. i’m sure that if you did try our services, you wouldn’t talk like this.
    i understand that you are trying to sell seo services by yourself, and i can see that you are trying to play unfair game by wrting negative seo about competation. i recomend you to remove this blog, since you don’t have any evidence.
    and you are making up claims, which are not true.
    if it will not be removed, we will have to take legal actions against your company.

    yeah, i totally agree with you, wisdek is a scam! for all its services. they are a bunch of Israeli people who need to get money, nor caring about if they will deliver or not, after a whole year begging to get my service from wisdek, i got my google adwords PPC from http://www.bamdac.net as well as my SEO package from the same company paying almost half of what i paid those wisdek people, and bamdac actually got me what i wanted

    These guys contacted one of my customers today and I have such a good relationship ( 1 to 1 , that is ) that they call me for everything including and often on things that have nothing to do with SEO. Wisedek is offering my client 6 key words on a 100% adwords play unlimited clicks running for Miami for AC Repair like I said 5 other keywords running 24 hours per day and NO extra charges for impressions. I have access to my clients current adwords campaign and he is getting 40 clicks per day…. They will have to regulate his ad to breakeven at best. those keywords for a 6/10 quality score are still going for 3-8 dollars per click. Sounds too good to be true.

    Erin thanks for chiming in, these guys screwed us pretty bad. We signed up for their services and thought it was great that our website was on the first page at the top. This lasted roughly three days, then nothing…

    After several calls and emails to cancel we were informed it was a technical error and they would get back to us. What we really wanted was to cancel, we had zero results from them. Four months later our accoutant tells us some company has been withdrawing money from our account under a different name but it turns out is was Wisdek.

    When confronted Erin says the cancellation was null and void because we worked through our “customer service” guy, Chester Troy and not through a “salesman.” Chester had quit after our last conversation regarding cancelling.

    Wisdek is a great bunch of guys and Erin is the cream of the crop at Wisdek. Search the internet, theres hundreds of similar stories about the shady business of Wisdek.
